Some very practical suggestions. I think one of the best way for most people to build their traffic is take their eyes off of money and on quality of their site. If you want to make your website as good as it can be no matter how little you will get in return, the money will start pouring in.

very cool i would definitely check it out considering its free i got nothing to lose so why not and it does seem like they offer some decent information considering they were able to help people conquer their niche in a matter of 2 to 9 weeks

I like the first part of the article the best. Where it discusses if your site is not making money, there is no use in running it.
Over the years I have seen forums and websites that are 2, 3 and even 4 years old, and are getting very little traffic. Owners need to know when to hang it up and move on.
But then again, if you look at those types of sites, the owner has done very little to promote the site. One of the important things about promotion is backlinks. And this is where the last part of the article comes in.
Unlimited links? It sounds link a dream come true.
